§ 1-26. Regular meetings.

(a)

The mayor and board of aldermen shall hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of each month at the city hall in Southaven, DeSoto County, Mississippi, at 6:00 p.m. The board may transact any business coming before it for consideration.

(b)

The mayor and board of aldermen shall meet on the third Tuesday of each month. This meeting shall be a regular meeting and shall be held in addition to the regular meeting which convenes the first Tuesday of each month. The second regular monthly meeting shall be held at a place as designated by the board in Southaven, DeSoto County, Mississippi, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
