The rates/charges for the City of Southaven water and sewer utility services, and
other utility services, shall be established and fixed annually by resolution of the
Southaven mayor and board of aldermen. Such rates/charges may be amended within the
budget year by an order signed by the Southaven utility director, utility committee
chair and the mayor. Such order shall state the new/amended rates and the reason(s)
for such amendment(s). The order shall be spread among the minutes of the next meeting
of the mayor and board of alderman.
