§ 9-4. Emergency and experimental regulations.

(a)

The traffic safety committee is hereby empowered to make regulations necessary to make effective the provisions of the traffic ordinances of this city and to make and enforce temporary or experimental regulation which shall remain in effect for more than ninety (90) days.

(b)

The traffic safety committee may test traffic-control devices under actual conditions of traffic.
