§ 9-9. Commercial vehicles on residential streets.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to operate a commercial vehicle on city streets in residential areas, except as hereinafter provided.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to park a commercial vehicle on any and all streets in a residential area, other than those making delivery or picking up goods.
