§ 9-471. Proximity to right-hand curb.

It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle the wrong way on the left-hand curb of any roadway and except as otherwise provided in this article every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel to and within twelve (12) inches of the right-hand curb.
