§ 5-3. Permit fees.
The following permits shall be issued and fees charged for the line items indicated with a reinspect fee of one-half (½) of the initial permit fee (when applicable) being charged after any failure to address comments generated from an annual inspection and approval (if item warrants annual inspection) unless the line item is already included in the penalties listed below for failure to address annual inspection comments:
Operational Permit Fee:
