§ 7-5. Promulgation of rules, regulations.

The public works director, subject to the approval of the mayor and board of aldermen, may make such rules and regulations as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this title as may be necessary or desirable to aid in the administration of and obtaining compliance with the provisions of this title.
