§ 8-265. Additional regulatory provisions.

Each sexually oriented business and its employees, agents, or other representatives shall observe the following general requirements, regulations, and standards of conduct:
(1)

Conform to all applicable building codes, statues, ordinances, and regulations whether federal, state, or local unless otherwise specified in this chapter.

(2)

Conform to all applicable fire and health statues, codes, ordinances, and regulations whether federal, state, or local.
