§ 10-67. Violation.

It shall be a misdemeanor to conduct, participate in, or permit any activity in violation of the conditions of this chapter without first obtaining a permit or to conduct any activity requiring such a permit in violation of the provisions of such permit; except the warning provision as set out in subsection 10-122(13)a. Any person convicted of violating this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or ninety (90) days in jail. A continuation of a violation shall constitute a separate offense each day.
