§ 11-65. Same—Petition.

(a)

The citizen desiring the play street must petition the planning commission for such designation and the petition must be signed by all lot owners, residents and lessees of real property adjacent to the proposed designated area. The petition shall have attached thereto a copy of sections 11-63 through 11-68 of this chapter allowing play streets to be established.

(b)

The petition shall contain and designate the location of any such basketball goal or other such recreational structure to be allowed thereon and the location to which shall be depicted on a plat or map of the designated area.
