§ 11-67. Removal by city.

The city shall have full authority to remove any such basketball goal or other recreational structure or device provided for under this chapter after a decision for removal by the planning commission that such should be removed or on revocation of the area as a play street or upon decision to alter or amend the criteria for the designation of that particular play street or streets.
